She is one of the supporting villain and the daughter of Luther Nevrakis and sister of Diavolos and Marco. She is ruthless and vicious and completely sadistic. She finds fights to death on pits entertaining. She also likes to make threats and insult and if people don't obey her death is where they'll go. 

Any accent is fine surprise me, but if you can give her a Jessie from Pokemon voice that would be much appreciated too.
