Link a portfolio of videos you've edited for someone or for yourself! Bragging is completely allowed, tell me what you got! If it's present on another channel, you must be listed in the description as a credited editor, or I won't really know for sure.
Your job is an important one, and a tasking one, so I'm splitting this up into two different video editors: Main content, and side content, similar to the mixers. But! I will say your job is a little more intensive so I will try my best to help any way I possibly can. If you got questions, I'll try to answer. If you got suggestions as to how certain things can be done/recorded, I'll gladly take 'em. Your job's basically gonna just be taking the recorded game footage, comic slides, or still art, combining it with the edited audio located in the google drive folder, add sound effects, and then add the music back in as the original audio has soundbytes from the original dialog boxes infront of it, before uploading it to a completed videos folder for me to review and then upload if there's no complaints.. This doesn't seem like much, but it's a pretty intensive thing you gotta do, which is why I'm lookin for two of you guys to help lighten the work load best I can.
Software Minimum: I don't care if the product is free or paid for, I only have three requirements. 1. Have a timeline feature with multiple layers for sound and video/images. 2. Be able to export mp4 files at a minimum of 720p, if not 1080p. 3. No watermark from the program should be present in the final product at all. No exceptions. The typical editing software I see is Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas, so either would be perfectly alright and I would rather see those, but should you not use them, that's alright! So long as you follow the three requirements, I don't mind too much what you use. Also, please specify what program you typically use to edit in the comments of your audition! I'd love to know! I myself use Sony Vegas Pro 13.0, so if you have that program especially it will be all the better for sending files over instead of rendering the video on every pass.

dude holy crap this portfolio is amazing! your editing skills are great, the quality of the media used, the timing, the audio editing, the music backing, all were so solid !! i even checked out a video or two of yours that you didnt link that were game related and your timing and quality continued, ESPECIALLY with your audio levelling. the music was always audible and still present enough to be engaging, but your vocals would still be heard while not overpowering. god i could sing nothing but praises about all this, your content is stellar dude !!

im gonna probably give it time for other editors to send in their own applications, but so far youve got an amazing shot at getting it. i highly doubt someones gonna top you, but justttt incase ill give it some time, especially as i just restarted up casting on this project last week and it may take a while for enough roles to have enough auditions for me to feel comfortable casting them. if youd like you can join the server while you wait, im much more active there myself and id love to see how you interact with the pre-existing community there and my pre-existing cast members in a little bit less of a professional setting than ccc. :D (only if youre comfortable with it, obviously)
