Liu Bei, styled Xuande (pronounced Li-you Bay, SHen-duh. The SH sound is rough, like in Sure)
Liu Bei is often portrayed as the kind hearted and benevolent imperial relative. While some argue whether he was a lying hypocrite or was actually the more kind hearted man the novel suggested him to be, we can't be quite sure. We do know he was Charismatic, and terrifyingly smart which he lightly hid behind a veil of his poor upbringing. He never showed his true intelligence too often, but when he did, it was always with a smile.
Liu Bei will be portayed as that cunning, yet kind hearted, figure that Wen Zhu idolizes later in the story. As it is from Wen Zhu's perspective Liu is elevated to that hero status, fitting with the narrative of the Three Kingdoms Novel.

I'm glad you like it! Once I read up on Liu Bei's character and read his lines and got a picture for what kind of character he would be I felt like it would come very naturally to me. Thanks for taking the time to listen!
