This first line is her talking to her brother Amari, who seems content on destorying the world. You can either read Amari's lines or ignore them. 

CHLOE

I'm sorry. For this, for everything.

AMARI

An apology at last. What's sorry to me? I spent millions of years crammed into that cage alone and afraid -

-- wishing, begging for death because of you! And what was my crime, sister?

CHLOE

The world needed to be born! And you wouldn't let me! Amari, you give me no choice.

AMARI

That's your story. Not mine. The real reason you banished me, why I couldn't be allowed to exist you couldn't stand it. Yeah, we’re equals. We weren't great or powerful because we stood only in relation to each other. You think you made the archangels to bring light? No. You made them to create lesser beings, to make you large. To make you Lord. It was ego! You wanted to be big!

CHLOE

That's true. But it isn't the whole truth. There's a value, a glory in creation that's greater and truer than my pride or my ego. Call it grace, call it being! Whatever it is, it didn't come from my hands. It was there waiting to be born. It just is, as you and I just were. Since you've been freed, I know that you've seen it. (Pause) Felt it.

AMARI

It didn't have to be like this. I loved you, sister.

AMARI

(with a bitter laugh): Well, you've won again. (He sighs heavily.) Finish it. Kill me.

CHLOE

I'm sorry.

(AMARI looks down in shock as the Mark begins to burn away from his chest.)

AMARI

No. No! No!

CHLOE

I'm so sorry.

You can either ignore Samantha and Deanna's lines or read them. This is after Samantha and Deanna go to find Castielle and Chloe after a archangel comes to defend Chloe. Chloe jumps out and hit Samantha on the head after she think they're attackers. 

CHLOE

Samantha? 
SAMANTHA

Yeah.  

CHLOE

So... you're okay? 
SAMANTHA

Well, my head hurts. 
CHLOE

No, I mean, I mean, my last vision... you went, like, full-on vadar. Your body temperature was 150. Your heart rate was 200. Your eyes were black.

DEANNA

Where's Cas? 
CHLOE

She's dead. Or gone. The archangel smoked the crap out of her. I'm sorry. 
DEANNA

You're sure? I mean, maybe she just vanished into the light or something. 
CHLOE

Oh, no. She, like, exploded. Like a water balloon of chunky soup. 

This is Chloe trying to buy the Winchesters some time as she talks to her fans, but ends up failing.

CHLOE

Like a lot of authors, I started writing because of love. Yeah, I had a huge crush on Mario Lopez, who played Slater on Saved by the Bell. I must have written him 40 to 50 letters, he never wrote back.

I don't think the Benders made flesh suits out of all their victims. Maybe just like a coupla scarves.

Actually my favourite movie was Beaches. Hilary and CC were just so brave. So strong.

Ignoring him, the manager reaches for the handle.

CHLOE
Don't open that door!

[The manager opens the door, breaking the salt line. He goes to walk out but jumps back when one of the ghost boys appears in the doorway, grinning. The crowd gasps and jumps to their feet. The boy lifts the knife and slowly steps inside the room. CHLOE flies forward and disperses the ghost with an iron stand. She grabs the doors and slams it closed again.]

CHLOE
(Turning back to the auditorium) I said nobody leaves damn it. Now somebody salt this door.
