PAID [Fandub] Dragonfable: The End of Magic (Book 3), side quests casting

Sek Duat XV was the tyrannical emperor of a desert region, until the main character defeated him and stripped him of his power before this story. He hides out in his palace, while the para-military Rose organization has occupied the rest of the area to provide a better life for the citizens.
He is a "undead lich", who survives by stealing the life force of any rebel citizens who venture near his palace, effectively killing most of them.
The in-game location is seemingly based on Egypt (pyramids in a desert, palaces, Arabic sounding names), so I assume his voice to have an Arabic accent, or Middle Eastern of some kind. I also assume it to be scratchy/old due to his age (>1500 years old) an status as an "undead".

And so we meet once again...(accusing the main character of denying him his power, after they defeated him years ago)
Unlocking the power of the Light Orb provided me with eternal life as a lich, but your unthinking destruction of the Orbs sped up my... decay.
(firing back at a Rose commander, after she called him out for killing his citizens by stealing their life force)
Vampire? I do not steal fluids in the dead of night, slinking through the shadows. I am the Emperor of the Sandsea. I take what is mine.
This might not be a terribly helpful comment in this context, but this voice sent me straight into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies from the 90's! Flawless Master Splinter!
