Ciel is the leader of the resistance against Neo Arcadia, I'm not sure what her age is in this adaptation, so lets just play it safe and say 17!

Ciel is a gentle, kindhearted person who is always concerned about the welfare of others.  But is under constant pressure due to the looming threat of Neo Arcadia.
