Ace is a bully, or at least he sort of tries to be. He makes an a habit of tormenting people he finds odd or annoying, or, perhaps, he just doesn't like them. It's hard to tell. 

Ace has a bit of a higher voice, but not too over-the-top. Think Izuku Midoriya. (eng dub)

Ace is in high school, so he's about 16-17. 

Female VA's are welcome to audition for this role but remember this character is male :) Don't be afraid to try out, you might suprise me  (☆▽☆)
