Yuri Briar is Yor's younger brother and a twenty-year-old man who works in the State Security System. He keeps his job at the SSS a secret from his sister and instead pretends to be a normal civil servant at the foreign ministry. Yuri is very similar to his sister, as he has both a calm and resolved exterior, and a very violent interior working with the SSS, which is the equivalent of the Secret Police. He does what he can to help his sister out, as he cares for her to an extreme level.
Voice:
Very similar to the description of Yor, except he's less violent and more verbally brutal with his work, being part of the SSS. If I had to pinpoint an exact character match for his voice, he reminds me the most of Akechi from Persona 5, so maybe try to go for something in that direction.
