Personality:
Anya is a small child, around 4 or 5 years old, who is a runaway child from an underground experiment which accidentally gave her the power to read people's thoughts. After her escape, she moved from place to place for shelter, including the orphanage where she tricked Loid Forger (Twilight) into adopting her. She's a student of Eden Academy, and tries her best to succeed at her school, despite her less-than-optimal intellect.
Voice
Since she is roughly 4 or 5 years old, a cute little girl voice would be a perfect fit for her character. Something high pitch and adorable, but not too grating on the ears, since she is one of the most talkative characters in the series so far.

[Grim/Serious] You just don't get it, papa. Adventures are supposed to be fun and exciting. And when people are having fun, they want stuff like skeleton key chains and wooden souvenir swords. [Overdramatically serious] But you're not having fun at all. And when you're not having fun, you drag me down, too. If you want me to have fun, then you should be dressed from head to toe like you're having fun!
