Haiji Towa is the leader of the resistance, formed to go against the Warriors of Hope. He is also Monaka's half brother. Seems to be somewhat obsessed with destroying the Warriors of Hope, no matter the cost.


Medium-lowish voice that sounds a little gruff preferably!!
