Sally Moore is the tough-as-nails resident raver of the Queens of the Host Club. Hailing from the Dominican Republic,  She serves as the group's insane groupie fangirl that doesn't back down from a challenge. As the first Queen of the Host Club, she is often known as the founder. When she isn't looking for the next rave, or dancing to disco music. She is kicking butt and taking names. Sally is the most athletic out of the girls and is a drum major on Ouran Academy's marching band. She is fierce, full of bravery, and compassionate (but don't tell her that or else she'll beat you up.).

She is in a relationship with Tamaki Suoh who she affectionately calls "Rene" or "Mon ours".
