The host club? seriously this is not their story... Blossom Smile Sky Studios presents the Queens of The Host Club in their audio drama debut. Sally, Chinatsu, Romey, Mimi, Ren, and Jenny. They're ready for action, they're dressed to kill, and thoroughly prepared for any encounter. It's a story of love, compassion, and friendship.

A girl begins her time at Ouran Academy after being expelled from Saint Lobelia. She meets a certain King of the Host club. Is this a start of a new friendship or is it blossoming love?

Kaoru Hitachiin has two important things in his life. Cooking, and his brother. But when he crosses paths with a young girl in home economics he starts to realize that making room in his life for another slot of importance is always the right move. But will Hikaru be all right with this girl taking his brother's attention away from him?

Sally Moore is the tough-as-nails resident raver of the Queens of the Host Club. Hailing from the Dominican Republic, She serves as the group's insane groupie fangirl that doesn't back down from a challenge. As the first Queen of the Host Club, she is often known as the founder. When she isn't looking for the next rave, or dancing to disco music. She is kicking butt and taking names. Sally is the most athletic out of the girls and is a drum major on Ouran Academy's marching band. She is fierce, full of bravery, and compassionate (but don't tell her that or else she'll beat you up.).
She is in a relationship with Tamaki Suoh who she affectionately calls "Rene" or "Mon ours".

Muireann "Mimi" McGinnis is the lolita and manga artist of the Queens of the Host Club. She tends to act like everyone's baby sister, she enjoys the attention (sometimes to a very annoying extent). She is very protective of her artwork and will hit anyone who is mean in regards to it. She doesn't like causing trouble for fear of being yelled at by one of her "big sisters" or "big brothers". Despite appearances, Mimi is actually 17 years old but resembles that of a 10-year-old due to a serious medical condition she has known as systemic hypoplasia. When she isn't in school she normally draws manga (especially yaoi) about the host club and spends time at home fostering kittens that she finds.
Mimi is dating Takashi "Mori" Morinozuka and they're very much in love.

When Ren first meets others, she is usually very shy, quiet, and reserved. However, when she gets to know them better, she is sweet and friendly. She does have a bit of a dark side, but only shows it when someone irritates her, the person she most often gets angry with being her pest of a childhood friend, Daisuke. She is very humble about her abilities, but she has a passion for music, acting, and dancing, often performing in the Zuka Club's shows. In addition to music theater, Ren enjoys reading, dressing up in cute clothes, going shopping, and spending time with her friends.
Ren has a crush on Mitsukuni "Honey" Haninozuka but she's too shy to admit it.

Note: Jenny is an idol and won't be around much in the first series but her voice will be heard on radios and on TV in various episodes as the characters enjoy her music. This is also a shared role as the VA that's playing her will be her voice while whoever is chosen for the role of the singer will be her singing voice.
Information:
Jenny is a sixteen-year-old African French girl described as being the daughter of an EX-CIA spy and Yakuza Oyabun. Though she is usually naive, quiet, and shy, Jenny also is kind-hearted, loving, and cares about her friends, not just herself. She will stick to her friends and do anything she can to keep them happy. Jenny is not always seen wearing a smile on her face, but she does try to put her own sadness to the side in favor of making sure her friends always have smiles on their faces. Jenny has a cheerful and optimistic personality. She forgives people easily and has been shown to be prone to having crying fits if anyone she knows or cares about is angry at her to the point she'll put all of her energy into trying to right the wrong she's caused.
She does have a side to her that is a bit of a bitch when she is angry. She has been known to gossip about anything and everyone. As well as breaking up with her childhood love in favor of a mysterious songwriter that she didn't know the name of. She can also be a bit childish and uses guilt trips to get people to do what she wants them to. This usually comes in the form of her begging them and saying "If you don't, I'll hate you forever so there!" Many of her friends have become immune to her "guilt trips" and usually ignore her wishes and go on with what they want to do or what they feel is right.
Besides that, she is obsessed with cute things; which cute thing would look good in her bedroom, and which cute thing would add a nice tone to her collection. Jenny often gives advice to her friends at Ouran Academy, but this advice is not very helpful because she'll fall into the fairytale princesses mode and believe things can end happily like in her fairytale books. She does spend a lot of her free time watching trashy romance movies and soap operas rather than studying which are reflected in her grades and standing in her class.
On the outside, she is always smiling but on the inside, she is battling a serve case of body image issues which has manifested itself as an eating disorder that makes it very hard for her to see herself as nothing more than "fat" or less than perfect. She believes that she is too heavy to be an idol and will go on a diet every chance she gets and has been known to stop eating for weeks at a time. Many a time she has to be forced to eat something by her friends or monitored when she is eating lunch. Her body issues originally stem from being teased in middle school by many people that made fun of her weight and used to call her "fatso" or "chunky".
Her body issues also stem from the medical condition gigantomastia which causes her breasts to grow excessively large. This has become a bit of a problem and she's already had 3 surgeries to try to correct the problem to no avail. She is very self-conscious of this issue and has taken to wearing binding to keep this hidden from people outside of her family.
As Miss Mitski
Miss Mitski is portrayed as a beautiful, mature and sweet young girl, but there are times where her "Jenny side" will show through her idol persona. She is known as "America's Sweetheart" because she doesn't get into scandals nor does she really come off as a "diva". When she steps onto the stage she has a powerful voice that many people say it cannot be replicated. She often sings many songs about love, romance and having fun. Miss Mitski is a bit of a philanthropist with her charity work such as donating some of her concert earnings to the local bunny sanctuary and the children's hospital with Saint Jude's Children's hospital being her favorite charity. She doesn't like any of her fans to feel left out during her concerts and invites at least three to four of them on stage when she sings live.
She does have a bit of a wild streak and loves to run away from her concert tour hotel to find a place where she can be a normal girl and not have to worry about being seen in the limelight all the time. She enjoys karaoke and loves to sing for anyone who is willing to listen. It does end up becoming a bit of a hassle for her assistant Lottie to keep the energetic idol in check. She does keep a notebook with a bunch of songs she's written and some that have been written by a mysterious songwriter. The origins of why Miss Mitski is rather interesting. She had entered her middle school's talent show to prove to many people who'd tease her that she was more than a fat, doughy teenage girl. Her voice is what she treasures the most and takes really good care of it.
She dreams of one day becoming well known all over the globe and hopes to win a Grammy award for any of her albums or music. Though she knows she has a long road ahead of her before she can actually make that a reality.

Although his outward manner would be best described as flamboyant, egotistical, and dramatic Tamaki is, in fact, a young man dedicated to his studies, his friends, and his duties as a host. He is considered the "Princely" type, entertaining his female clients with upper-class etiquette and shameless flattery. He views the club as his "family" with himself as the father, Kyoya Ootori as the mother, Haruhi Fujioka as the daughter, Hikaru Hitachiin and Kaoru Hitachiin as the sons, and Mitsukuni "Honey" Haninozuka and Takashi "Mori" Morinozuka as the neighbors. His real family consists of his mother, Anne-Sophie de Grantaine (who he is forbidden to see by his grandmother until late in the manga); his father, Yuzuru Suoh; and his strict paternal grandmother, Shizue Suoh. He is also known to be an accomplished classical pianist.
As the main comic relief character of the series, Tamaki is portrayed as outspoken and naive for his age. Throughout the anime and manga series, his facial expressions are the most exaggerated. While celebrating romance in general, he is quite blind to his own feelings of romantic love towards Haruhi, of which the other hosts are completely aware. Of all the hosts, Tamaki's "host" personality differs the most from his true personality insofar that he is both poised and charming as a host, but often bumbling and attention-seeking outside of that milieu. His desire to please the Host Club's female guests, however, is genuine.

Hikaru Hitachiin (常陸院 光 Hitachiin Hikaru) is the elder of the identical Hitachiin twins and is in Class 1-A with his younger brother, Kaoru Hitachiin, and Haruhi Fujioka. Although he is considered the "leader twin," he is less mature than Kaoru when it comes to managing his emotions and dealing with others. He and Kaoru are both members recruited by Tamaki to be in the Ouran Host Club.
Hikaru and his younger twin, Kaoru, are first introduced when Haruhi stumbles upon the Host Club. As the classmates of Haruhi, both Hitachiins are major rivals to Tamaki's romantic interest for the female Host, which causes a humorous amount of friction between the President and the twins. It has been shown that although their looks are identical, Hikaru's character differs greatly from that of Kaoru's, and he is more dependent on his brother than the reverse.
The Hitachiin twins are categorized as the "Little Devil" types and as such, are perceived as mischievous troublemakers (though not malevolent). Their selling point in the Host Club is their "Forbidden Brotherly Love" package, which has them acting out twincestuous schticks for the entertainment of their female customers. A common game they love to play is the "Which One Is Hikaru? Game", which involves the twins disguising their hair with identical caps and then asking people to guess which one is Hikaru. Only Haruhi gets it correct, with logical reasons for her doing so. Her ability to see them as unique individuals is one of the reasons they both develop romantic feelings for her, which results in the twins taking her out on separate dates (though the anime only shows Hikaru's).
Because of his immaturity in dealing with others, Hikaru is childishly over-possessive of each club member. An example of this occurs during Ep 16 - Operation Haruhi and Hikaru's First Date! wherein Hikaru becomes jealous of Haruhi's childhood friend, Arai. Haruhi slaps him when he becomes rude, and he runs away with Kaoru chasing after. Another example of this is in the manga, when Hikaru becomes annoyed at Haruhi's constant chatter about Tamaki and his family situation. He storms off yet again, with Kaoru following once more. In the end, it is Kaoru who helps Hikaru understand his romantic feelings for Haruhi despite his own.

Umehito who is commonly referred to as "Nekozawa," is depicted as a hooded figure who is never without Beelzenef, the curse doll, which is actually no more than a hand puppet that looks like a cat. Despite displaying a frightening disposition and strange hobbies, Nekozawa is actually a very nice and considerate person. He suffers from Photophobia (sensitivity to light), which causes him to collapse in direct sunlight and as a result, whenever he is dragged towards any light source, he will refer to the people who do so as "murderers." Nekozawa is devoted to his little sister, Kirimi; so much so, in fact, that he asks the Host Club to help him become the "princely-big brother" Kirimi wishes him to be. He is of Russian descent from the Tokarev dynasty, whose wealth comes from the sale of firearms.
As the President of the Black Magic Club, Nekozawa attempts to get people to join by offering a free "Beelzenef" hand puppet upon admission, but he ultimately fails in this endeavor. Apart from the hand puppet, he also sells cursed voodoo doll versions of Beelzenef which are claimed to bring a shower of misfortune to the person whose name is written on its back. Tamaki Suoh is shown to be quite superstitious and nervous around Nekozawa as he has allegedly experienced malinten

Reiko Kanazuki is a Class 1-D student at Ouran Academy and a member of the Black Magic Club. She has a personality that people often deem to be creepy but she isn't scary at all. She is rather shy and doesn't speak up for herself often. She does believe in curses and often tries to curse people she doesn't like.
She is a visitor to the host club and often times designates Mori and Honey as her favorite hosts.

Benio is nicknamed "Benibara" and "The Lady of the Red Rose." She immediately recognizes Haruhi Fujioka as a girl because, as she puts it, her "maidenly eyes." Along with her friends, Chizuru and Hinako, Benio is homosexual; all three maidens being militant about their sexual orientation and negative in their attitudes towards males.
Benio has a very large fan club devoted to her; so large that a "Benibara-sama's Guardian Club" has been founded at St. Lobelia's just to make sure she doesn't get mobbed when walking around campus. Benio's flirting with her fans makes them even more crazy for her and they are depicted, in the anime, as howling red octopi. Although neither side would admit it, Benio and Tamaki have much in common: both being the presidents of their respective clubs, each flirting with ease, and each possessing over-confidence and melodramatic natures, to name a few.

Hinako Tsuwabuki is one of the leading members of the Zuka Club and is known as "The Lady of the Daisy." Hinako is the youngest member of the club's leading council, being in her first year of high school, and is arguably the most energetic of the three girls. However, as acknowledged by Chizuru, Hinako seems to be very intelligent

Chizuru Maihara is the Vice-president of the Zuka Club and is known as "The Lady of the Lily of the Valley." Like the other members of the Zuka Club's ruling council (Benio Amakusa and Hinako Tsuwabuki) she is shown to have a number of fans. Outwardly, Chizuru is the most placid member of the ruling council, but this counts for nothing; she never objects to any of the Club's plans, but rather assists and makes things worse. Chizuru believes that all men are a lower form of life and found the Host Club's reaction to her immunity to their charms rather amusing

Princess Ashanti is a young girl that attends Ouran Academy. She is the princess of the African land of Zamunda. She is in Class 1-B and is a huge fan of Tamaki.

She despises Tamaki, noise, and rain (because it frizzes her hair). She worries about what people think of her and also has a harsh grades complex. She constantly strives to be the best of the best and spends most of her time studying. Her perfectionist personality leads her to take Tamaki's compliment to her hair personally and she straightens it daily for two years just to meet his "expectations."

Yuzuru Suoh is Tamaki Suoh's father, the patriarch of the Suoh family and the Chairman of the School Board for Ouran Academy.
His innate nature is pleasant and charming, which are traits he shares with his son, Tamaki. He is an intelligent, caring and hard-working individual who cares deeply for the people in his life whom he loves. He is content to work within the boundaries of his class and position to secure what he deems important to himself on a personal level.
Tamaki, your grandmother wants to know how you are doing in band.

Shizue Suoh is the Suoh family matriarch the mother of Yuzuru Suoh and the grandmother of Tamaki. She is a powerful individual who rules her family and its financially successful businesses with an iron hand. Though her backstory is only marginally explored, it may be speculated that one reason for her hardened nature is the fact that she was widowed at a relatively young age and either chose or was forced into becoming a tough businesswoman.
The Suoh matriarch is said to be 70 years old, but remains sharp and on task when it comes to business matters. On a personal level, she appears to be rigid, cold-hearted and dismissive towards most people, but especially towards her grandson, who she calls "filthy child" because he is Yuzuru's illegitimate son with Anne-Sophie de Grantaine.

Anne-Sophie de Grantaine is Tamaki Suoh's mother. She lives in France and mothered Tamaki with Yuzuru Suoh, her lover and eventual husband.
She meets Yuzuru Suoh in Paris while he's on a business trip. The two fall in love and she becomes his mistress. When Tamaki is born, she is forbidden by Yuzuru's mother, Shizue Suoh, to return to Japan with Yuzuru. She remains in France, raising René aka Tamaki, until he is fourteen. As Tamaki grows up, Anne-Sophie's health steadily declines.
When the de Grantaine family business goes into debt and is near bankruptcy, Shizue Suoh offers a deal to Anne-Sophie. In exchange for financial security and medical care until the end of her days, she is to relinquish all control and visitation of Tamaki to herself. Shizue does this because she is concerned for the Suoh legacy, Yuzuru having no other children to whom he can pass on the family and business legacies. Anne-Sophie tearfully accepts and it is said that she leaves France and goes into seclusion following Tamaki's departure.
I will not run away and leave our child alone again.

Fuyumi Ootori-Shido is Kyoya's older sister. She is shown to be a bright and sweet-natured young woman who is married, though she seems to spend considerable time with her younger brother and is friendly with Tamaki, who shares an interest in commoner cuisine with her.
