As Two-Face, his personality is split in two and his decisions depend on the toss of a coin.

As HARVEY - Mild-mannered and serious although can get easily mad depending on situations.
As TWO-FACE - Serious and angry, very raspy voice, hopefully, possible to make it chilling as well, or however you understand Two-Face's voice.
