Mei-Mei will make her debut at ep 4 onward. She is the girlfriend of Tide and a Sea Lion Benevolent disguised as a worker of a water park that holds marine life captive. She is cheery, loving, and always happy-go-lucky despite their situation at cases.
(Excited) "Closing time! Closing time! Yaaayyy! I get to swim in the big tank!"
(Confused, acting dumb) "We're gonna help them escape, right? I don't want to see Tide all sad!"
(Agreeing, embarrassed) "Tide's species is weird! Hehe, they're so dangerous but I like the orca I'm with!"
