Cindy is part of an angry mob who has gathered on the streets of Dockerton.  Over the past few days she has been at the mercy of a terrorist who has been creating carnage in her neighbourhood.  Now the terrorist has been captured and brought before the mob.  Cindy and the others seek to dole out their own form of justice.
