The Duke of Buckingham and the eldest son in the Collins family. He is a businessman who is polite, charismatic, and naturally curious. He is in charge of the publishing house of the oldest newspapers ever published in the United Kingdom called London Chronicles.
William Collins adheres to giving the countrymen the most important announcements and news throughout the state as he is not much into the class system since he has always witnessed favouritism and abusive behaviour of the elite towards the lower class.
