Echoes of Barenziah: A Skyrim Thieves Guild Expansion Mod
Tathrin for Ingun Black-Briar (Nord)
Ingun is a curious, odd young woman. Her mother views her as a disappointment, but Ingun knows she isn't; Maven just doesn't understand her. No one does. (Except perhaps for one clever, vanished bard.) Ingun doesn't mind being seen as odd--it seems fair, since everyone else baffles her--but she does mind people meddling in her life. She'll make those who cross her pay, even if that includes her brother...or mother. Her sharp voice is softened by the awe with which she views the secrets of life (and especially death). She speaks with breathless reverence when pontificating on the macabre subjects that captivate her and terse, almost petulant disinterest otherwise. Her voice is gentle, but in the way a smothering pillow is gentle when held over someone's face. There is no weakness in her delicate, breathy tones.
Her accent should mesh with that used by her mother and brothers in vanilla, but she does not need to mimic her vanilla voice.
It's exhilarating to observe the effects of my potions on the body. Watching the heart stop...the eyes go blind. We're made up of thousands of parts with thousands of different functions all working in tandem to keep us alive. Yet if only a single part of our imperfect machine fails, life fails.
[choked-up] Do you really think my heart so shriveled that its affections would falter over so small a thing? The face I love is whatever face you wear, my love.
[furious/shrieking] If Sibbi has his cheap bully-boys lay one hand on her, he’d better make sure that every bottle of mead he drinks from now on is very tightly corked if he doesn’t want to choke on it, and mother’s wrath be damned!
