Time Period: Canada. 2156
Voice: Soothing and deep.
Personality: He is like a salesman of the dead. Is a bit of a rogue/thief. Says things that somehow sound both trustworthy and shady at the same time.
Backstory: There is a man, no one really knows his name for sure, but he responds simply to “The Wisp.” He is a collector of sorts, robbing graves and harvesting plasma of recently deceased individuals and then selling it on the grey market. It’s illegal, but the money vastly makes it worth it.
This plasma can be used for many purposes, but most importantly it can extend the life of those that take it. It is because of this it is unknown how old the Wisp is and how long he has been robbing graves.
He isn’t a bad man, just an opportunist who frankly really likes money and doesn’t think the dead will mind if he borrows from them every now and again.
"(Narration) I insert the syringe. Quick and precise, as per usual. The grey fluid fills up the vial and I place it with the others in my satchel. I give Mrs. Henderson a slight nod before reaching up and pulling myself out of the grave. Alright, who is the next volunteer? What about you Mr. Smith?"
"(Narration) Okay something is definitely wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever seen people look so lively before. It’s unnerving..."
"(Dialogue) You know, I think I could do wonders for that permanent frown you have going on there. Give me half of your food rations and I will whip you up a rejuvenation vile with your name on it!"
