Guildmaster Mercer Frey likes to know the chain of command (and to be at the top of it). He likes to know who's calling the shots (and to be the one calling them). He likes for people to be afraid to cross him (and he likes to know it). Mercer is in charge, and he wants everyone to remember that. His voice is low and controlled, its tones mostly flat but quick to rise into a snarl. North American pronunciation is preferred, but not necessary.

It is not necessary (or encouraged) to attempt to mimic his vanilla voice.
