Random Rose guards that appear throughout the story. Most of them don't have a personality, just 1 or 2 lines here and there.
Most of them are just there for the paycheck, they don't really care about the job.
There are many Rose guards scattered throughout the story, male and female. Some are passionate about the Rose's cause of ending magic, most aren't. Most of them fit into the stereotypical "lazy henchmen" type.
