Major Villain

The dreaded king of evil makes his appearance! He hasn't been seen outside of the tournaments for over ten years, what could he be up to?

Voice: His manner of speaking is very formal and he should sound cold/indifferent most of the time. A lower pitch would probably work best for his voice but I'm open to other interpretations as well. A British accent might be interesting (if you go for that also include a non-accent version so I don't have to disregard your audition if I change my mind about the accent).
