(Viper is trying to convince Zane to help him fulfill his evil prophecy. After the line, Viper laughs/cackles maniacally and spins around in a circle.)

“Zane, my boy, why won’t you join me? Once we rule the Earth, the universe will be a breeze!”

(Viper lets out a loud cackle, then delivers the line in a quiet, taunting, menacing tone to John). 

“Oh, is that so? Well, you might want to take a look behind you.”

(Viper is chasing Officer Fitz and John, while delivering the line in a shrieking voice).

“Get back here! No one can save you!”
