Morris Walters is the conservative husband of Elaine Walters, he is also the father of Jeniffer Walters and uncle/father figure of Bruce Banner. After the death of Bruce’s mother and incarceration of his father, in 1995 the Walters Family adopted Bruce. The Walters took Bruce in and raised him as if he were their own child. Morris Walters doesn’t have a major role in the series, he’s kind of just there, but important none of the less. Morris was the main breadwinner of the family being a sheriff for the LAPD, when Sheriff Morris Walters wasn’t on call, he was at home playing with Jen and Bruce, he was also a rock for his wife Elaine. Just like most people Sheriff Walters has his flaws, but at the end of the day he was always a good dad.
