Ganondorf doesn't trust anyone besides himself, so what does he do when he needs a loyal right-hand man? He creates one. Phantom may seem like a pretty chill guy on the surface (if you can get past those creepy looks) but that's really just an act. He's actually batshit crazy. And when I say crazy, I mean BlazBlue's Hazama/Terumi levels of crazy.
Voice: Medium-low to Low; As mentioned above this character draws quite a bit of inspiration from Hazama/Terumi so something similar to his English voices (Erik Davies/Doug Erholtz) would be great. But as long as you can pull off both the smooth talker and crazy psycho voice I'm open to different interpretations.
