This is operative red, he's one of two heavy weapons specialists for this operation. He's the sibling of operative green. Red loves to burn things and has a desire to go out in a fabulously explosive death, but he'd rather want it to be memorable and told in stories.
His voice is a heavy french accent, if you cant do that, then it will be a Russian accent, and if you cant do that either then it can sound like Scorch from the hit T for teen video game series "Army Men Sarge's Heroes" or any of the games Scorch appeared in for the Army Men franchise.
(Shows his weapon to other operatives) "This is my gun, my custom constructed, flame resistant, rocket launching baby." Kissing noise
(laughs menacingly when he explodes a creature) Insert laughing here "So that's what they look like inside."
(Asks his brother) "Hi green, do you have any cinnamon flavored gum?"
