Operative Green is operative red's brother, unlike red however, green believes in living and not dying so he's extra thorough when it comes to taking down his opponents hence why he uses a Pecker ZX-99 Mini gun.
Also unlike His brother, he doesn't give off that extreme dumpster fire vibe, his voice sounds more peaceful, but when he spots something he finds scary, his peaceful Religious John energy voice changes to a cynical Jake from Statefarm voice. In other words he has a split personality especially when he uses his mini gun.
His accent is either heavy French or Russian
(When he's trying to stay cool and calm) "Just breath in... and out... in... and- WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT, DIEEEEEEEEEE! AGHHHHHHHH!"
(that one scene from Guardians of the Galaxy when Rocket and Groot are in prison and Rocket finally gets a gun while standing on Groot) "Ohhhh yeaa..."
(Shouts in his cynical voice) "I need ammo! Reloading!"
