The “Mentor"
While he hasn't been around as long as Falcon, he has competed in several tournaments. But with the tenth tournament he was assigned as a spectator instead of competitor. Not being able to compete himself, he takes Lucario under his wing, as he sees a lot of potential in him. Mewtwo is the most level-headed of the group. He's very composed and almost never loses his cool. He is friendly towards Lucario but can come off as arrogant towards others, especially his opponents.
Voice: An impersonation of his voice from the first movie (Jay Goede) would be perfect but you can try something different as well. What matters the most is that he sounds calm and intelligent/eloquent.
