Sion also known as Eltnum is a guest character originally from the Melty Blood franchise. She is a mysterious, purple haired girl who appeared out of nowhere on one fateful Night. No one knows where she comes from, what her motivations are or why she is here. She claims to be the "mentor" to the In-Births of Kanzakai, but for all we know, she's just a bit loopy.
She is composed person who aims for perfection. But make her sound more annoyed and aggressive, makes for a more funny character. Sion likes throwing jokes which break the fourth wall.
