She is a self-proclaimed expert on human items, so Arron brings each of his treasures to her in order to learn what they do. Of course, when Arron becomes human and brushes his hair with what he thinks is a 'dinglehopper' that actually turns out to be a fork, he realizes to his horror that Scuttle is actually completely clueless about human items. Scuttle is the one who organizes the creatures of land and sea to disrupt Ericka's fake wedding to Varian who is really Ursulus in disguise.
