  • I am Raye, a shrine maiden at Hikawa. I'm psychic, so most people aren't very fond of me. I appreciate Serena trying to include me in her ring of friends, and I do respect her, but sometimes I get the urge to slap her and call her out for how childish she can be... I swear, it's like I'm two different people entirely.


    Also, if you ever need the authorities, don't bother. Juban doesn't have a police force. Just dial Shrine-1-1 and the Sailor Scouts will be there to protect you... most likely after your energy has been drained and your face has melted off, but we try.
