Thanks for the audition, and I appreciate the multiple takes for different deliveries! I think your voice is definitely appropriate for the character, but I think the speed is too slow. I might recommend watching this scenes from the episode It's A Wonderful Life: https://youtu.be/02e_Pe0BtsM?t=543 . This gives a pretty decent idea of the speed at which he talks at. I'd be very interested in hearing another audition with the same voice but a talking speed closer to this one. I think you're very close to reaching exactly what I'm looking for for this project!

Eddie is a very simple speaker. He talks a little slow, and his grammar could use some work. He refers to himself as "me," ie. "Me not sure…"

Despite his name saying "mean," he's actually a pretty decent guy. If anything he's a lovable goofball. He has a very lighthearted role in this story, and is almost purely comic relief.
