Very nice takes! Overall I might recommend getting some distance away from the mic or adjusting microphone sensititivty for the louder parts though to avoid clipping the audio. That being said, I'm liking what I'm hearing. I'm very excited to hear your singing audition as well!

      That's actually awesome, and I'd love to hear another go at it! I really appreciate the voice, emotions, and the deliveries you gave. Really the (very minor) mic quality issue is the only thing holding this back, and it sounds like you're going to be able to have a new mic soon anyway. Plus, you mentioned having interest in the singing role as well, which has me eager to hear your audition for that too.

Dixie has a youthful and energetic voice. She will need to sound younger and/or higher pitched than Maya Fey or Candy Kong. 

She will need to speak clearly and confidently. Because Dixie is the one in charge of Kongo Bongo's new tourism industry, she tries to act professional--but in a way that's fun. She wants to show Nick and Maya the best of Kongo Bongo, but also understands that they are tourists who are enjoying their vacation. She wants to make their stay as happy and memorable as possible.

Dixe's personality is very cheerful and positive. I'd almost call her as excitable as Maya! She is filled to the brim with passion and pride for her island and her best friends she shares it with. 

However, she still can act sassy from time to time. She more or less retains the personality she had in the cartoon, just more mature most of the time.
