I think your voice is a really good match for Diddy Kong, and I especially liked how you handled his laugh as well as his scream. You are definitely being considered for the part because I do think your voice works very well for this role. I did notice some audio clipping at some of the louder parts, however. If you are feeling up to it, I would be interested in hearing the same takes but perhaps with your microphone gain/sensitivity turned down a bit? Not super crucial at the moment because I'm sure we can work on something like this once production starts, but if you have the time it might help.
Yeah I noticed that too to be honest, but I didn't think it was terrible detrimental, I'll look into fixing that. (Maybe me being a little further back from the microphone would be better.)
Don't get discouraged though, I really do like your voice for Diddy Kong. There's still time left until the project deadline, so there's plenty of opportunity to look into adjusting your recording a bit. If you are feeling up to giving it another audition after tweaking some settings or getting some distance from the mic, I'd love to hear it.
