Cherenkov is a man who follows orders. He doesn't seem to have much of a backbone with people higher ranking than him, yet when it comes to his name, his fuse is fairly short. 

Voice: Medium. Have to be able to range from a whine to angered, depending on situation. (may be in one scene later on)
