Crawsick is, once again, another minion sent by Dragun to do away with the Rangers. But this was a lot different of an enemy. He had the ability to sneeze through his big mouth, creating a virus in the air that would turn children (If left untreated for too long) into Mantisites, the Fleet's foot soldiers, that are focused only on destroying everything. At first, it was required of him to keep sneezing across Angel Grove, but soon enough, the egos of the parents would soon fuel the fire. In a means to cover up such a blatant weakness, he also has the ability to cover up his big mouth and reflect any projectiles thrown at it.

My suggestion for a voice would be something along the lines of someone who sounds sick, but fairly high-pitch. But again, it's up to VA interpretation otherwise.
