Withered Freddy is a game character that makes his appearance in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He is an older version of Freddy Fazbear, but he is broken like all the withereds in the parts and service room in the new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. He is also a bit different from him. Unlike Freddy Fazbear, he should sound a slightly bit deeper than him, and he should sound broken and glitchy, with a bit of an agitated tone.
