Spencer Barlow is the youngest member of the 15th RAS, and is their support. Loaded with weapons and gadgets to help the team, Spencer is a walking armory, often carrying extra ammo for Ryan and Vance. He's been in the military his entire life due to shall we say, "unusual circumstances". He is incredibly skilled, and like many of the members of the 15th, is able to act independently for the good of the mission.
