Kaite is Josh's team leader (but she isn't the protagonist). She's more no-nonsense at times but can be kind and sympathetic when she needs to be. She is determined to win the upcoming tournament...but it isn't going to be easy. She's competitive when someone not in her team talks about the tournament and can be seen training in her free time. The roller is her thang!
"(Frantic) Josh! I’ve been looking for you! Are you here to train for the big match? The super important game that determines whether or not we get to play in the finals? The one that’s tomorrow? Are you here to train for that?"
(Serious, before training) "Just don’t use the roller. That’s kinda my thing. You know what, never mind. Go get some sleep. We can start tomorrow morning before practice."
(Serious) Right here. Right now. If I win, I get a sandwich named after me. (She realizes her mistake) A good one."
