He is kind-hearted, and always generally excited about anything.  Charlie sees the world in this bright light where everything is always good and he just does whatever. When he talks sometimes he can be awkward and just well, Charlie.

One thing that makes Charlie, Charlie. Is that he exaggerates a lot when he talks. He also doesnt think before he speaks.

  • Dude, it's our first day of high school! [He pauses and looks at his friend] Come on, why you look so nervous? You should be pumped up! Excited! (Starts doing karate chops and punches)

I love your energy and hype :D but the voice is a little too hyper. I would say tone it down a just a bit and I think that would be what Charlie would sound like.
