Alex is a very calm and composed person, and this has to be very clear in his voice. He is rather slow to anger, preferring to take a step back and a few deep breaths, before reinserting himself into the action with a cleared mind, which is a practice he tries to put onto his classmates.

Relaxed, and extremely calm. "Let the chi flow through your body, friend. Calmness is the goal to success. Let us not get angry but rather stay focused on the task at hand."
After he threw Sylvester on the floor, slightly annoyed. "Now you know the consequences of your actions...Let the pain in your back and blue sky remind you that respect goes a long way!"
Calm, but sternly. "Everyone calm down! We can't let anger get to us. If we think clearly this case will solve itself... We are a team... Not enemies..."
