Spiel is the main antagonist in the last version of Romance Dawn. He has a very odd shaped head and hair and doesn't care about anyone but himself.
I picture him having a bit more of a goofy sounding voice to match his looks, something more clown like, but still needs to be able to sound like a villain.
It looks like you've captured the monster bird, Roc... Thanks for the trouble... If you fight back now though, you'll be killed
