The Imperial Chancellor is one of the core characters of the story. He requires a masculine, commanding voice that fits a middle-aged or old man.

He's a cunning, strong, and cold man. Around 50-60.

Some perceive him as a hero, others perceive him as a warmonger. He would do anything to defend his nation; charitable or sinful, he would not care the means.
He believes he is honorable, because all he does, he does to protect his country.

  • (Cold but powerful) I shall redeem the Empire. 

  • (Determined) The only legacy that matters is the Dragon's.  If securing it means the ruin and death of all other nations, then I will, with honor, set the fire to them.

  • (To war) For the righteous! Charge at the enemy!
