Shogo is the leading role of this manga. He grew up loving the FF franchise and was overjoyed to finally be able to become a game developer with Square Enix when he graduated. However he ends up somehow being transported to this world that is identical to FF except the people there don't seem to see things differently.
He starts off very confident in himself since he believes he's just in a video game. Until he realizes it's far from, after a tragic event takes place.
He grows a lot through the story, having to pick his broken self back up and strive to become stronger to help his friends and team. 

I don't have a specific voice in mind for him, other than more of a stereotypical male protagonist type voice. Nothing overly deep or too high. Feel free to try out whatever you think might fit though!
