Sans is a laid back character. Though, he has way more going to his character than meets the eye. I imagine him to have a voice that has that sort of lowered voice tone like Patrick Star. Or, a scratchier deep voice. I am up for interpretation.
(Mysterious with an almost friendly tone) Human. Don't you know how to greet a new pal? Turn around, and shake my hand.
(Somber) Do you wanna know why I didn't just take you out at the start? Heh... I considered it. Once or twice.
(Very lighthearted and Joking) Hehe. The old whoopee cushion in the hand trick. It's ALWAYS funny. Anyways, you're a human, right? That's hilarious!
