To summarize Patrick Williams and his role in this story, he is a native Irish character that will appear - most often - in nightmares and dreams that the protagonist, Arthur, experiences. Being the biological father of Arthur, his actions and words during Arthur's development had the biggest impact on his life and mental state - which is horrible in the beginning of the story. Late in the story, Patrick will make an appearance to make amends with his son and set things right.

I'm not gonna be seen for a very long time and the most you'll ever hear from me is in nightmare scenes, which'll happen throughout the story on a regular basis. I'm hinted at being a bad person and one of the causes of Arthur's mental issues, but really I'm just a victim of circumstance and Arthur hasn't seen yet that I haven't ever caused him harm.
