Captain Scott Levy is an advisor of the operation sent by the U.S. Government who is in contact with the player's submarine via radio. His goal is to find out what happened to these submarines and see if it was another nation's fault. After realizing it is not an attack from other people, he starts to take charge of the operation. Levy is a soldier, but he still has a heart and will help and guide the player. (NOTE: THESE ARE ONLY AUDITION LINES AND MAY CHANGE UPON FINAL DRAFT)
(first meeting) This is Captain Scott Levy of the USS Livingston. I've been sent by the pentagon to observe this rescue mission and to advise you if needed.
(upon finding first destroyed submarine) My god... what could have happened down there. That doesn't look like an attack from another vessel.
(Begins to take over the operation, sympathetic) Pilots, I am sorry but I cannot let this situation get worse. we will be dropping a depth charge onto your location in T-5 Minutes. That's all of the time I can give you. Please.. get out of there alive.
