This is legit awesome! Especially for a school project. For some critique - the off beat guitar feels out of tune at some points. The bass rumbles quiet a bit and feels a little too simple for something with such a vocal and sax performance. So a little more going with the groove would probably add a lot. The chords get quiet repetitive. Some more harmonic tensions could also help spice things up a bit.
