Aren is the male version of the MC in this manga. He is in the video game world and a female from the real world takes over his body. They communicate throughout the series so sometimes he will be speaking externally to other characters but there is a lot of internal dialogue to the girl as well.

He's a bit of a perv, and struggles with the fact he's sharing a body with a girl. He is confident, bordering on cocky as well.
