First about payment, you'll be paid a set amount of 50 per mini scene, a perfect example is the trove intro that is linked above, if you animated the line art for that you would be paid 50. Hopefully you'll be working along side 3-6 animators so a set style will be put in place, but as long as your flexible in the anime genre you'll be perfect for the role. The fps has not been decided but it will not go above 12fps. There will be a lot of calls and check ups as you will have the biggest jobs, you will need to have discord and be active on it, you will also need be able to work along side other artists, you will be able to decide which scenes you want to animate alone side your fellow animators.
