The main antagonist. They have powers similar to Will's. They sound rude when they speak, and their voice should be as gender-neutral as possible.
(sneering) You think you can beat me? You're just a kid! You can't even do half of what I can do!
(angry) Nothing will distract me from my goal...do you hear me, little girl? Nothing!
(snide laughter) What'd I tell ya, kid? Now your friends are gone. It's just you an' me. What're ya gonna do, huh? Nothin'! 'Cause there's nothin' you CAN do!
Tried to go for an extremely gruff villain. Still messing with mic settings and setup.
Just realized it said gender neutral voice. I am not a smart man lol
